Sales & Lead Engine

Sales & Lead Engine

๐ŸŽฏ
The problem this kills: leads dying of silence. Not rejection โ€” silence. The follow-up you meant to send.

Why this exists

Most small businesses don't have a lead problem, they have a follow-through problem. The inquiry sits three days. The warm contact never gets the second touch. The pipeline exists only as a feeling of guilt.
And the standard fix โ€” "spend your evenings in the CRM" โ€” fails for anyone who'd rather build than chase.

What I built

A pipeline that finds, drafts and follows up without me living in my inbox:
  • A target tracker โ€” every prospect scored against fit criteria I defined once (rate floor, work style, mission), so bad-fit leads exit early
  • Outreach drafting in my voice โ€” Claude writes first touches and follow-ups from my Voice Engine, personalized from real context, never from a template smell
  • A follow-up cadence that actually runs โ€” day 5, day 12, then a clean close. Nothing slips, nothing gets pushy
  • Pipeline stages with a dashboard โ€” I see conversion truthfully instead of optimistically

What changed

Follow-ups stopped depending on my energy level. The introvert tax โ€” the dread of outreach โ€” dropped to approving pre-drafted messages that already sound like me. The pipeline became a system I check, not a weight I carry.

What it looks like in your business

Leads get answered while interest is hot. Every prospect gets the polite, persistent, on-brand sequence you always intended to send. You review a dashboard for ten minutes a day and spend the rest doing the work that wins the clients.
Built on your offer and market, in your workspace, yours to keep โ€” with documentation and training for whoever owns sales.
